The first file is the Informational Packet. This packet describes the program and application process in detail. It is important to read through the entire packet as it will likely answer most of your questions concerning the program. It also provides you with all of the information needed to complete the application process.

The second file is the actual program application. To be considered for the program, this application must be completed, signed, and mailed to the Project Coordinator at the address listed at the top of the application. Only the original will be accepted.
