Substitute Teacher Training Schedule
2010/2011 |
The Ohio Center for Substitute Teachers offers professional development for current or aspiring substitute teachers. A one-day session provides the tools needed to be successful in the classroom, including
- Strategies for effective classroom and student management
- An understanding of professional behavior and ethics
- The basics of lesson planning and interpretation
- An overview of school expectations and procedures

All sessions are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

PRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
To ensure adequate space and materials for participants, registration and payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the workshop.
No on-site registration will be accepted.
Mail checks or money orders payable to: SSCO to OCST, 936 Eastwind Drive, Suite 100, Westerville, OH 43081.
Refunds will be given only if the session is cancelled or the registrant cancels with a minimum notice of 3 working days.
